From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The driver was waiting for us at the airport, and the receptionists and waiting staff were always friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the karaoke room, which provided so much fun and entertainment.
Although the breakfast had some room for improvement, the waiting staff were kind and cooperative. We also experienced a few minor inconveniences, such as not having a balcony in our upgraded room and the rooftop bar not being stocked.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the edge of the bay but still close to the touristic beach area. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the in-room safe provided added peace of mind. The free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. We also appreciated the electric kettle for making tea and coffee, and the television with its range of channels and alarm clock function. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good range of food available. The staff provided excellent service throughout our meal. The leisure facilities were also enjoyable, with a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
This place is highly recommended to others for its excellent facilities, service, and convenient location.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the decorations were lovely and the Christmas dinner was delicious. the staff was very polite and attentive, making sure we were enjoying our time. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings and the sea. the hotel is close to a beach and a few restaurants, which was convenient.
The location was not ideal, it was far from the main attractions and we had to take taxis to go anywhere. the pool was not heated, so we couldn't enjoy it in the colder weather.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, with a warm welcome from the staff who provided exceptional service throughout. the room was well-equipped, tidy, and unexpectedly comfortable. the location was not ideal, but it was close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking view of the ocean from our room. the breakfast was delicious with a good range of food available. We especially loved the fresh juices and soups.
The hotel did not provide a free shuttle service, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff at this hotel were excellent - very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, with a good range of food available even if you arrived late. The hotel's location, close to Ben Thanh market, made it lively and busy. Additionally, the hotel was next to the beach, providing a great view of the sea.
